Role Objectives
The Account Manager will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting our commercial team. This role involves maintaining high client satisfaction through proactive communication, customised service solutions, and consistent follow-up to address any concerns and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Client Relationship Management
Ability to build, maintain, and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, product implementations, or services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Revenue Growth
Identify opportunities for sales expansion with existing and new clients.
Being on top of the sales pipeline and sales admin
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
Technically savvy with experience with Google suite.
Nice to have: familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
Location: Hybrid in our bright, plant-filled city centre office in Bristol and work from home.
Team Size: Small team of 10, fostering a close-knit and collaborative work environment.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £35k-£40k depending on experience
Benefits: Flexible working, typically 3 days in the office,
